Why Not putt up fake bus stop signs outside of the care home to stop wanderers. Great idea.
This site is born out of an intense frustration. I wanted to spend more time with my residents encouraging meaningfull occupations. Filling out activity reports got in the way. With the intergrated inteligent tools I have developed on this site your organisation can do things better, with more accurate information, and have a better grasp on trends.
I have decided to make these forms completely free. If you like them please consider donating as they have to be hosted. Also please make sure you submit the forms and not just use the enter button or else I shall recieve hundreds of report E-mails.
